The Pfyn-Finges Nature Park, through its corporate partnership program, is welcoming a new establishment to its network: the Trächu Hittu restaurant. Located at an altitude of 1,965 meters above Jeizinen, this restaurant has been run by the Cordonier family since 2021 and offers cuisine that showcases regional products and unique flavors, inspired by the hosts’ Valaisan and Patagonian roots.
As a partner business, the restaurant is committed to actively putting the seven values of the Swiss nature parks into practice—from the local economy to ethics—and to strengthening its efforts toward sustainable development over the next four years.
