The Pfyn-Finges Nature Park was able to award three new partner companies this year. With the Hotel-Restaurant Relais Bayard in Susten, the inn Godswärgjistubu in Albinen and the Hotel Arkanum in Salgesch, 3 restaurants enrich the offer.

370 Aficionados around one table in the middle of the Pfyn-Finges Nature Park
For the third time, the Nature Park and its partner companies laid the table in the middle of the vineyards. Aficionados from all over Switzerland met at this year’s Tavolata (banquet table) of the Pfyn-Finges Nature Park. The guests were treated to 6 courses of culinary regional products and enjoyed the breathtaking landscape in a friendly atmosphere.

Due to the upcoming retirement of Roni Vonmoos-Schaub, the question arises how and by whom the variety garden Erschmatt can be continued. Supported by the Pfyn-Finges Nature Park, the Erschmatt variety garden is therefore inviting interested members of the public to an information and discussion event on the future of the business next Thursday, 27 June 2019.
