Zero "Eisvogel" (“Kingfisher”) 2020 Swiss country wine - DIROSO Winery

An outstanding cuvée wine made from four robust varieties of Swiss grapes.
After aging two years in barrique barrels, these pioneering varieties are transformed into a surprisingly full-bodied and complex red wine of international stature, with a spicy-berry bouquet, delicate thyme aroma with notes of blueberries and black cherries on the palate. This unique wine is at its best with barbecues or paired with all kinds of meat dishes.

"Zero" use of pesticides!
Thanks to resistant varieties of grapes and natural green vineyards, we can dispense with the use of pesticides in these plots. This also pleases the magnificent kingfisher, which adorns the label and occasionally lurks patiently for prey very close to these vineyards.
