Made from 100% organic rye flour, home-made sour dough and baker’s yeast. Our organic rye flour is grown and processed in Brentjong above Leuk Town. Our rye bread is characterised by its full-bodied rye aroma and sustained acidity with a sweet spicy character. Rye bread with a Valais platter or spread with butter - great!
