Ten years ago, the federal government recognized our region as one of the most beautiful and outstanding landscapes in Switzerland. Since then, the nature park communities have benefited from the exclusive label "Regional Nature Park of National Importance". We want to protect the scenic and cultural heritage of our ancestors and preserve it for our descendants.

In our own school garden, schoolchildren learn about and appreciate natural cycles. Adults can expand their knowledge in various courses such as composting, permaculture or tree pruning. The public living and recreational space benefits from ecological upgrading; private individuals benefit from advice on landscaping. The region also wants to develop economically in a way that is suitable for grandchildren.

We are proud that the federal government has awarded the region the label for a further 10 years from 1.1.2023. At the same time, the Nature Park is growing by three municipalities: Crans-Montana, Inden and Turtmann.
