| Terms of cancellation |
Irrespective of the reason for cancellation, the following conditions apply to cancellation as a responsibility of the visitor of a confirmed personal or school excursion:  Cancellation fee of CHF 50.00 Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before excursion: 80% of the cost, with a minimum charge, of CHF 50.00 cancellation fee Cancellation between 7 and 0 days before excursion or in the event of failure to attend: 100% of the cost, with a minimum charge, of CHF 50.00 cancellation fee Irrespective of the reason for cancellation, the following conditions apply to the cancellation as a responsibility of the visitor of a confirmed excursion from the official program of the nature park: Cancellation up to 7 days before excursion: no charge Cancellation between 7 and 0 days before excursion or in the event of failure to attend: 100% of the cost If an excursion has to be cancelled by the Nature Park, any advance payments made will be fully refunded. |
